HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Step 1

Patient books a Telehealth Appointment online.

Step 2

Upload any documentation or files relevant to the patient. We will also communicate via phone.

Step 3

I meet virtually with the patient for a 15-minute consultation to review symptoms and assess functional movement. I provide clinical recommendations and document the encounter to support ongoing care.

Step 4

I make appropriate clinical recommendations and, when indicated, send a referral within 24 hours via secure email or fax.
